In 2007, then a late-twenty-something Wall Street analyst, I found myself feeling the wear of a lifestyle of grab-and-go lunches, client wining and dining and extensive traveling. Eager for an influx of energy, and unable to find any viable alternatives, I tried all the trends: crashed and burned on crash diets, calorie counted, pounded protein shakes and energy bars. The conclusion: Not only do fad-diets not work, they’re no fun!
Impassioned to share the recipe for feeling fresh and fabulous—and looking it, too—I created Green Lemonade to share my simple, natural ways to nourish and cleanse the mind, body and anything around me.
