All About Green Lemonade

Welcome to Green Lemonade! I’m Noelle. As many of you beauties know, Green Lemonade is all about to celebrating fresh and vibrant veggie-focused meals, low-calorie smoothies and fresh juices that are quick to make and easy to enjoy. My goal with this blog is to bring you into my kitchen each week and share a simple and fresh recipe that I’m enjoying with my family.

  • All recipes can be assembled in under 20 minutes – perfect for even those insanely busy weeks!
  • I create all my recipes with a slim, healthy physique in mind, so the recipes make sure and include lots of vibrant lettuces (think glowing skin), fresh veggies and crunchy fruit with accents from protein-rich whole grains, legumes and nuts. They stand alone nicely for vegetarians and also pair beautifully with a serving of organic eggs, fish or poultry.
  • I like to keep my recipe presentations light and fun, with a little added color from life here in New York City!


In non-recipe posts I like to scoop on trends that we New Yorkers are in love with like whole food cleanses (to gently restore and recharge) as well as natural beauty and lifestyle finds.

I live in New York City with my husband, Thomas and baby son Halston. (Both of them are adrenaline junkies.) In a former life I worked as a Wall Street Analyst. Outside of Green Lemonade you can find my recipes featured on Martha Stewart’s Whole Living, Foodista and FitSugar.
