Freshly Pressed: This Beauty Is Expecting

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share some exciting news – I’m having a baby! My husband and I are expecting our first child this spring. We are very excited.

My journey over the last few months has been such a joy. I’m chalking it up to preparation and pre-pregnancy cleansing. I think that a pre-pregnancy cleanse, a clean eating plan and some exercise has really helped me. The first 7 months of my pregnancy have been an absolute delight. Over the next few weeks get ready for some big changes and lots of fun on Green Lemonade.

    I did yes. I did beforehand as well. I felt super the entire time. Lots of
    energy. I guess if you are coming from a history of eating McDonald's
    everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner - going aggressively into green
    smoothie mode might be a lot. How have you been feeling?
