Green Lemonade

This morning I had the opportunity to visit the Union Square Farmers Market – one of my favorite early morning NYC destinations. I was happy to be able to pull out my bike and enjoy the early morning sunshine on the way up to Union Square Park. In addition to a collecting a beautiful bouquet of golden Swiss chard, I met a lovely Green Lemonade reader (thank you for coming up and saying hello!) and gathered these soft pink baby roses – perhaps one of the last few chances I’ll get this season. They were so pretty, and just brought a smile to my face I wanted to share them with you and encourage you to pick up a little something of beauty this week or this weekend that makes you smile. Sometimes, it’s about the little things.
