Over the past few weeks, I have really been enjoying almond milk in my smoothies. When I have a few minutes, I like to make my own almond milk (I use one of these recipes). And when I don’t, I use a carton of milk (I like the Original and Vanilla flavored almond milk) from the store. I find that even just a splash of milk adds a nice creaminess to a smoothie. These are some of my favorite summer smoothies made with almond milk.
