Found you from 101 Cookbooks and I love your site! Thanks for listing non-banana smoothies – I found out recently that I'm allergic to them but am interested in making smoothies a regular part of my diet as I train for my first triathlon.

Triathlon training, sounds like a wonderful journey! I think you will enjoy the smoothies. You might also add an additional scoop of good protein powder on tough training days. I like the Vega brand. Please keep in touch, I'd love to know how you enjoy the journey! When is the race?
