Eat Right. Feel Great.

Did you know that an easy way to give your body more time to focus on it’s detoxification, slimming and rejuvenation work is to actually eat more strategically during the day? One way to do that is to keep track of your portion sizes at each meal. Introduce yourself to the concept of a Buddha Bowl. A Buddha Bowl is roughly the size of your cupped hands and provides a nutrient rich portion of food. Start with one Buddha Bowl serving and eat mindfully. If you find you are still hungry, eat another half bowl portion. Proper sized meals allow more of your body’s energy to be spent on healing and repair work rather than digestion all the time. Food combining can also be helpful with portion control.
