BluePrint Cleanse: Juice + Raw Food Cleanse

In a follow up to the many questions from you all following the introduction to the Fashionista Cleanse, I wanted to share a recent positive experience I had on a juice and raw food cleanse coordinated by the gals at the BluePrint Cleanse. Never heard of them? Learn more here.

I hope this post provides some additional inspiration around ways to incorporate a more gentle cleansing practice into your life. You might enjoy a gentle cleanse for nothing more than a “kick-start” or a “reset” after a period of indulgence. I really enjoyed this juice and raw food cleanse from BluePrint because it helped with a gentle reminder of portion sizes and caused me to re-think how much food I truly need to be satisfied. Unfortunately, none of these home delivery cleanse programs are cheap, but I do believe they are worth the investment occasionally. Even one day on these programs, provides a refreshing little boost. The food on this program was delicious. You will be surprised how flavorful and delicious a day of raw, gourmet entrees can be. The food menu changes daily and I love the little emails and support the gals over at the BluePrint Cleanse send to you before, during and after your cleanse. They are one of my favorite national home delivery cleanse programs. And plus, I LOVE romaine in my green juices – and these ladies have figured out a green juice that I believe is truly fabulous (even if you have historically thought green juice was only found along with pond scum.) Well, it might be time to get over that fear of green juice beauties because nothing helps to slow aging on that beautiful mug of yours like green juice.

BluePrint Cleanse: Juice + Raw Food Cleanse Overview

Here is a little overview of my 3 days indulging in lots of fresh pressed juices, and raw food delicacies. Each day was filled with 2 green juices, a pineapple-apple-mint juice and a spicy lemonade with the snack and dinner meals varying each day. The change was nice and I found it was always something to look forward to. For those of you who are interested, I would sign up for their newsletter. It is a great way to find out about special discounts they may be offering. In the past I have noticed great specials in November and December. And national shipping specials also pop-up sporadically – for those of you that live outside of New York.
