I add ginger to my juicing recipes sometimes (apple, carrots, and ginger being my favourite) but I have yet to try it in a smoothie. Sounds like it would add an interesting touch. :)

I've been experimenting with tons of juicing recipes but when it comes to eating, I've just been using couscous, brown rice, brown rice vermicelli, and quinoa in place of white rice/white pasta with lightly steamed veggies and/or small portions of lean meat with a salad or sweet potato on the side.

I made a turkey-based soup the other day with kale, black beans, okra, and every veggie I had on hand. Even my little one loved it. It's now my new comfort food.

I don't think my hair has ever gotten used to it, to be honest, even though I dilute it with water. It's the smell and tingling sensation that I love :)

I would give the Dr. Ohhira's a try. I even chew a few of them sometimes if I feel like I'm getting a cold, and they really help. They are a little pricey, but worth it. Also, I'm so glad to hear that eating more fresh foods has been helping you feel good. It really is amazing isn't it? Do you have any favorite meals at the moment? PS - l love ginger, it's great in everything! Have you tried it in a smoothie yet? Delicious!

Did it take your hair some time to adjust to the Dr. Bronner's? I haven't had great luck when I use it as a shampoo. But maybe I didn't stick it out long enough!

Yes. you could certainly eliminate the eggs. For each egg, I would try using 1/4 cup of hydrated chia seeds. The ratio is usually ~2:1 (water:chia seeds).
