Hi, I’m Noelle. Green Lemonade is my inspiration board for living a healthier, more natural life. It starts by learning how to eat more real foods to feel better and more energetic. I’m excited to share a fresh, worry-free perspective on some of the cool tips and tricks I’ve found to live a healthier, happier, more natural, more energetic, more relaxed, feel good life.

Yeah…in case you were wondering this healthy living lifestyle, also goes great with that social life of yours too.

As we now know, the foods we eat and the exercise we crank out can help keep us healthy and beautiful…but it’s not about constantly obsessing over it. That’s so 2009.

    thank you! there are a few sites depending on what you are looking for - some have more recipe ideas, others more on the benefits of juice fasting, raw foods etc. "Skinny Bitch" and "Detox For Women" as well as "The China Study" are probably my 3 favorite books to learn more about the benefits of eating real food to feel and look amazing. But let me know what specifically you'd like to hear more about, and I may have some more ideas too! Happy Friday!
