1 Day Juice Fast – Create Your Own

In celebration of Miami and all the beautiful farm fresh bounty including abundant heirloom tomatoes, baby greens, strawberries, citrus and more this weekend, I celebrated my return home with a one-day juice feast.

Here’s what the menu looked like, in case you feel inspired to try this at home. In addition to these juices I enjoyed glasses of citrus water throughout the day – I found grapefruit slices this week added a wonderful twist.

1 Day Juice Fast – Sample Menu Ideas

Upon rising: Glass of water with sliced grapefruit and lemon

Breakfast: South Beach Minty Green Apple Juice. (2 servings, or 32 ounces enjoyed throughout the morning.)

Mid-day: Minty Green Lemonade. (1 serving, or 16 ounces)

Late Afternoon Lunch: Classic Sagaponack Carrot and Celery Juice. (2 servings, or 32 ounces.) I went heavy on the celery today!

Dinner: South Beach Pink Whipped Tomato Juice. (1 serving, or 16 ounces)

Throughout the evening: Herbal tea with lemon. (Mostly to keep my mouth busy and out of the refrigerator!)
