Reading List for Juice Fasting

For those of you interested in reading and learning more about the benefits of a veggie-centric diet and juice fasting, check out these books. These are some of my favorite books on the topic of clean, natural eating (with fresh pressed juices acting as a compliment to your day) for better health. Assuming, many of you would not be reading the entire list, I listed some of my favorites first.

I would recommend checking out the works of Dr. T. Colin Campbell, Michael Pollan and Natalia Rose as a solid starting point.

Dr. T. Colin Campbell has adopted a loyal following for his work in promoting a largely veggie-oriented diet through his ground breaking research in “The China Study”.

Michael Pollan’s “Food Rules”, streamlines the essential rules for healthy eating into three easy steps: 1) What should I eat? (Eat food) 2) What kind of food should I eat? (Mostly plants) and 3) How should I eat? (Not too much).

Natalia Rose has also been instrumental in helping to provide an intelligent education on what it means to truly detox and cleanse for health and happiness.

Arnold Ehret and Dr. Norman Walker are early juice fasting pioneers and have inspired many of today’s modern detox gurus.
