Spring Cleanse Recap and Preview from Miami

We’re getting ready for Memorial Day and bathing suit season here at Green Lemonade.

I’m here in Miami this weekend searching out some inspiration for new smoothie recipes, juices and light, yummy spring foods – with the occasional indulgence also tossed in – to keep us all inspired and satisfied.

If bathing suit season snuck up on you before you were ready, don’t panic. A few days of fresh pressed juices, and some organic, whole foods will get you back on track.

Follow Green Lemonade this month for daily inspiration on how you can create a plan on your own at home this spring season to get ready for Memorial Day. I’ll also give you a few resources to consider if you don’t have time to do the prep work on your own.

If you didn’t get a chance this week, gather up some spinach, bananas, coconut water and strawberries at the store this weekend and try a green smoothie just to titillate those “I love healthy food” taste buds.
