However, there is also a place for roasted veggies, quality lean meats, eggs, fish and some dairy too. Learn more about breadth of feel-good eating. Coconut oil is great for removing eye makeup, moisturizing your skin and deep conditioning your hair. Learn more about it here.

  • Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Soap

Dr. Bronner’s Castile soaps are chemical free, pure vegetable-based soaps. I love the peppermint soap in my shower and the lavender soap in my laundry. It’s wonderful.

  • Natural Deodorant by Naturally Fresh

Supplements

I’m generally not a fan of supplements, but I do believe in taking a good probiotic. In a cleansing, feel-good lifestyle you need to make sure and provide your body with the nutrients and support it needs first, so it can then do its job of eliminating the crud that may be preventing you from reaching a state of body bliss. Try Dr. Ohhira’s probiotics.

Kitchen Tools

These are the tools that I use everyday to make feel good eating and living a little more accessible and convenient.

  • High Powered Blender (for home) I love and recommend the Blendtec high powered blender for its power and compact size. The Vitamix is also adored by Detox Divas. Learn more about the two here.

  • Tribest Personal Blender (for the road) You eat well at home, but when you get on the road your best efforts fail. This is the tool I use to combat less-than-feel-good-eating. Check out this summary of what I like about the Tribest.
