“I really like Stella McCartney’s line over at Adidas. It’s beautiful, stylish and comfortable. Leggings are ideal. They are soft and form fitting but have stretch. (I personally don’t like flared leggings but I know many people that swear by them, especially for yoga or gyrotonic classes). A great sports bra is a must! A t-shirt with room for moving about is also key. I find color distracting in gym clothes but maybe some people need the mood lift it gives? I think I would be ok with some funky colors in training sneakers instead.”
