Actually, I love to do a number of sun salutations after a short warm-up with "I got love for you" by Michael Franti and Spearhead playing reasonably loud on the music machine! That always brings a smile to my face!

I couldn't agree more. The feel good effects from Yoga are amazing. I think that's why I love going so much - and miss it when I don't get there at least 1x a week. Do you have a favorite pose to shake off a bad mood? :>)

Yoga! Yes it is good for whatever ails you, anxiety, stiffness, addictions, bad moods. I have practiced Yoga now for nine years and have taught for the last two and a half years. Judging from the smiles and attitudes of my students, 90% feel better after class than when they arrived. And you can get that feeling without doing a headstand.<br>Namaste
