Real and Raw Food Diet – Recommended Reading List

For those of you interested in reading and learning more about the benefits of eating more whole foods, check out these books. They are some of my favorites.

I would recommend checking out the works of Dr. T. Colin Campbell, Michael Pollan, Nina Planck, Arnold Ehret, and Natalia Rose as a solid starting point.

Dr. T. Colin Campbell has adopted a loyal following for his work in promoting a largely veggie-oriented diet through his ground breaking research in The China Study.

Dr. Joel Fuhrman as well as authors Michael Pollan and Nina Planck are upbeat advocates today for helping people return to real, natural eating.

Arnold Ehret and Natalia Rose have written some of my favorite action plan books for cleansing and detoxifying through a balance of raw foods.
