Healthy Snack: Organic Avenue’s Coconut Mylk

I confess. I am addicted to the Coconut “Mylk” from Organic Avenue. I want to crawl in the little glass bottle when I’m done and lick the sides this shake is so good.
These Coconut “Mylk”shakes are made simply with young Thai coconut water and young Thai coconut meat. They are delicious AND nutritious.
On your way out to the Hamptons this weekend, stop into the new Organic Avenue Boutique in Southampton and try a jar of this tasty little goodness. You might also consider stopping by one of the company’s New York City locations, or checking them out online.
In the meantime, try this Coconut “Mylk” inspired shake from Organic Avenue at home.

For those of you not familiar with the store, Organic Avenue is a fresh pressed juice, smoothie and natural food wonderland in New York City and now Southampton, NY. They have a few stores in New York and several additional pick-up locations throughout the city. Their Southampton boutique opens this weekend at 28 Jobs Lane. You can pick up a single juice or a customized cleanse full of vibrant juices and delicious foods if you’re interested. Gwyneth Paltrow recently has become a big fan of this live vegan food mecca. I can’t blame her. These guys make some super good stuff. The awesomeness does come at a price, of course, but as an occasional indulgence – boy is it worth it.
