Whole Body Cleansing – A Broad Spectrum

A healthy, “cleansing” (or rejuvenating) lifestyle begins with eating a few more whole, fresh foods. There is something for everyone – for any occasion – as this spectrum illustrates.
After all, when you get right down to it, “cleansing” and “detoxing” are really just scary words for the process of rebuilding and repairing your digestive tract. Why do that you say? Well, a healthy digestive tract is the key to good health, a good mood and can have a slimming impact on your body. Bet you wish someone would have just described it that way to you earlier right?
Simply want to find an EVERYDAY way to eat that helps you to feel and look your best? Stick toward the more moderate end of this “cleansing” spectrum. Play around with a few of the categories and figure out what feels best for you!
Need a little “MORE”? Want to “reset” from a recent indulgence or two? Consider a few days on the more progressive end of this healthy whole body cleansing spectrum. You might add a few “liquid meals” to your day – such as a fresh pressed juice, or a low-sugar smoothie or a summer gazpacho soup. Then you might ease back over to the right for your everyday diet-free living.
