Apple Yogurt Smoothie with Sage
A dairy-free yogurt adds a yummy creaminess

I recently popped out of town for a few days in search of some snowflakes. There haven’t been too many floating through New York City this winter, and I missed them. I didn’t bring much aside from a few snow clothes and some PJs, though I did manage to sneak in my small travel blender. It’s always great for whipping up a healthy breakfast on the road.
Apple Yogurt Smoothie with Sage
Serving Size: 1 (~170 calories)
Ingredients
1 medium cortland apple*, pitted and peeled
3 tablespoons coconut milk yogurt or Greek yogurt
3 fresh sage* leaves
2 dates, pitted
2-3 ice cubes
