Serving Size: 1 (16 ounces) ~280 calories

1 teaspoon sliced almonds (optional)
3 ice cubes
Better-for-you ingredients

- Almond milk a non-dairy alternative, is favored by detox divas for the ease at which your body is able to absorb its nutrients and then fully eliminate anything after that. Ultimately, these beauties believe eating these types of clean foods allows your body to more quickly return to its detoxification and beauty work.
- Almond butter a favorite of detox beauties and their dudes because it contains less of a toxic load than peanut butter (which is often subject to a greater amount of pesticides to control mold).
Directions
Combine the above ingredients into a Blendtec, or good powerful blender until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk to thin if desired. Top with sliced almonds. Enjoy!
