An Alkaline Rich Juice

Bok Choy, Celery and Orange Pressed Juice

Green based vegetable juices, or green “lemonades”, are actually the top juices embraced by cleansing divas for glowing skin, shiny hair and a happy body. I always recommend newbies to juicing embrace celery, followed by cucumber to add bulk to their green juices (learn more about how to make green juices taste best here), but the adventurous of you might also consider experimenting with Boy Choy. Bok Choy has a different taste and it can take a little time to appreciate its uniqueness. I like to pair Bok Choy in a juice with fresh orange juice. I find that the addition of one orange works well for me, but certainly feel free and turn up the citrus flavor with two oranges! If you are just getting started with Bok Choy, and the juice of two oranges isn’t enough, toss in an apple.

Bok Choy is definitely not for everyone! But
Unfortunately it is worth the adventure to make sure.
My favorite way to add bulk to my green juices
Remains celery followed by cucumber. And I
Find that most beauties new to juicing
Really prefer just celery juice as cucumber juice
Can also take a little getting used to! What are
Some of your favorite juices of the moment?
    Please share!

Sorry, but I tried this and after about a month of juicing I can say that is is one of the nastiest juices.  I'll stick to the other alkalines like cucumber and celery... we live and learn!
