“Fresh fruit juices are the cleansers of the human system.” – Dr. Norman Walker, Health Pioneer
As you seek to cleanse and rejuvenate, add this Simple Grapefruit Dressing into your repetoire. Fresh raw fruit juices are highly cleansing and nourishing to your body. You see the benefits in the form of glowing skin and a youthful look. Try this dressing with this Grapefruit and Arugula Salad.
Simple Grapefruit Dressing
Serving Size: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/16th TEAspoon Stevia (optional)
dash sea salt
Directions
Place grapefruit juice, olive oil, Stevia and salt into a high powered blender. I recommend the Blendtec.
Pulse until the dressing is creamy and smooth. Enjoy.
* Notes:
- Stevia is a plant native to Central and South America. It is 300 times as sweet as sugar, but has zero calories. A little Stevia goes a long way. I recommend the Nu Naturals brand of Stevia in powdered form.
- I’ll often save the juice from a grapefruit I am eating to make this dressing.
