Butternut Squash Smoothie with Pecans
Serving Size: 2 (175 calories)
Ingredients
1/2 cup butternut squash, (uncooked or cooked)
1/3 cup pecans
1 cup almond milk (I like the Blue Diamond brand, Original)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
