This dressing was originally inspired as a sauce for pasta but I now use it on everything from roasted vegetables to salads.
Creamy Herb Goat Cheese Sauce
Serving Size: 2, makes ~2 tablespoons (35 calories per serving)
Ingredients
1-2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place the goat cheese, 1 tablespoon of water, and lemon juice into a bowl and blend until creamy with a fork. Add an additional tablespoon of water if desired to thin. Add a pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste. Blend again. Enjoy.
