The best way to eat and enjoy more fresh vegetables and salads is with the help of a good homemade dressing. This Easy Mustard Vinaigrette is quick and easy to make thanks to a short ingredient list. I love it on these Greek Salad Wraps.
Easy Mustard Vinaigrette
Serving Size: 1-2
Ingredients
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey
sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions
To prepare the dressing combine olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and honey into a small bowl. Whisk ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Whisk again. Enjoy on your favorite salad or as a dip with your favorite veggies!
