You guzzled down your morning Green Lemonade with Cantaloupe as you joined in on the fun with the fashionistas at New York Fashion Week. You’re ready for your next juice! What o’ what shall you make? How about this Green Lemonade with romaine, apple and lemon. The addition of the lemons gives this green juice a tangy twist. And the apples add just a touch of fall…..
Green Lemonade (Romaine + Apple)
Serving Size: 1 (16 ounces)
Ingredients
1/2 head of romaine lettuce
2 Macintosh Apples, sliced in quarters
1-2 small lemons, sliced in half
Directions
Place apples, and romaine leaves through your juicer. Then take your sliced lemon halves and put those through the juicer as well. You do not need to peel the lemons before placing them into your juicer, although you may. Pour into a glass and sip it down! I find this Green Lemonade with romaine, apple and lemon tastes surprisingly like old-fashioned lemonade even though it’s green in color!
