Carrot + Cinnamon Juice

Serving Size: 1 (16 ounces)

Ingredients

1 one pound bag of organic carrots (~12 medium carrots)
3-4 small baby bok choy bunches
touch cinnamon or allspice

Directions

Place 3/4 of the carrots and 3 baby bok choy bunches into your juicer. Taste. Bok choy fans might consider adding an additional bunch of the baby bok choy. Newcomers to juicing consider adding an additional 3-4 carrots instead. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a touch of cinnamon or allspice on top.
