Juicer Recipes: Celery Celebration
A rejuvenating fall veggie juice
Posted November 29th, 2012 by noelle | No Comments
Over the years I’ve really grown to love fresh vegetable juice. Brimming with minerals and active enzymes, these tonics always seem to perk me up. This week, in conjunction with a rather impromptu post-thanksgiving detox, I’ve been embracing little mini-fasts each morning by swapping in a freshly pressed vegetable juice for breakfast (like this Celery Celebration juice!). Detox gurus believe these “mini-fasts” can be just as effective for weight loss and overall vitality as a prolonged juice feast (which I never seem to do to well with anyway!)
Celery Celebration
Serving Size: 1 (16 ounces)
I find this juice to be nice and sweet with just one apple. But you could certainly add an additional apple or a pinch of Stevia if you like your juices a little sweeter!
Ingredients
5 celery stalks
4 medium carrots
1 green apple, quartered
