Kale Smoothie with Mint

Serving Size: 1-2 (25 ounces) ~250 calories total


1 cup curly green kale*, loosely packed, stems removed

1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled

1/2 banana, frozen

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon honey (or dash of Stevia)

1 cup water

1 cup ice
