Kale Strawberry Smoothie

Kale is packed with fiber and vitamins, but it can also be a little intimidating to eat. However, I find that kale can be tamed quite nicely in a smoothie. Combine a few leaves of curly green kale with a few sweet strawberries and a small banana to make a great smoothie.
Kale Strawberry Smoothie
Serving Size: 1-2 (25 ounces) ~230 calories
Ingredients
1 cup curly green kale*, stems removed
1 cup strawberries*, frozen
1 banana, frozen
1 cup water
1 cup ice
