Ingredients

½ pear
½ apple
½ cucumber
1 cup parsley
1 cup spinach
celery (1 stalk)
1/4 papaya
½ – 1 inch of ginger (depending on your taste)

Directions

Combine the ingredients above into a capable juicer. Enjoy!
