Berries are packed with antioxidants that fight free radicals which contribute to disease and accelerate aging. Perk up tired skin with this berry smoothie.
Cranberry-Raspberry Smoothie
Serving Size: 1 (~300 calories)
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh cranberries, frozen
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1/4 avocado, pitted and peeled
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/16th – 1/8th TEAspoon Stevia

Directions
Combine the ingredients above into a Blendtec, or good powerful blender until smooth and creamy. Thin with water or thicken with ice if desired. Enjoy!

Just made this smoothie this morning, and it's wonderful. Who knew cranberries actually needed very little sweetening? Now I do!

to be honest, it surprised me too! such a fun little way to eat them year round, right?
