This month, as we try and feed our bodies more natural foods, let’s take
our breakfast “off the rails” a little bit. When you feed your body more fresh produce, rich in youth-supporting enzymes, you give your body an abundance of nutrients in an easy to digest form. This allows your body to spend more time on its powerful overnight detoxification and slimming work. You often see the benefits of this work in the form of greater energy and a refreshing glow. Kick off your day on a different note this week with this Breakfast Mango Guacamole.
