My mother-in-law gave me a bunch of fresh rhubarb from her garden. I’ve always loved it in a strawberry-rhubarb pie, so I thought I’d give it a try in a juice. It worked out pretty well! But let me tell you, a little goes a LONG way! I wouldn’t use more than one stalk at a time!

Rhubarb Juice Recipe

Serves: 2

Ingredients

1/2 bunch of celery

1 large rhubarb stalk

2 red apples, quartered

1 cup kale
