Rich in rejuvenating cholorophyll

After a few days of vacation, I’m doing my best this week to embrace some cleansing salads and rejuvenating smoothies. This morning, for instance, I whipped together this Creamy Kale Smoothie With Apple. Kale, of course, is rich in chlorophyll which is extremely restorative and cleansing for your body. It’s also known to help support a healthy digestive and immune system – just the support my body needs after a long flight.
