Sun-Dried Tomato Balsamic Vinaigrette

This Sun-Dried Tomato Balsamic Vinaigrette is a simple, lazy dressing which is great on salads and pastas. It’s great as a dip too. Detox beauties will love this dressing for its versatility. Sun-Dried Tomato Balsamic Vinaigrette

Serving Size: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

3/4 cup water
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup fresh ricotta cheese
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons of fresh basil leaves, packed
sea salt and fresh pepper to taste

Directions

Place water, vinegar, ricotta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and basil into a blender. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and creamy. Add an additional splash of water to thin dressing if desired. Season with sea salt and fresh pepper to your taste. Enjoy!

    Excuse me, there should be equal parts water and equal parts balsamic
    vinegar.

    Where is the "balsamic" part of this recipe? Or the vinegar?

    It looks pretty tasty but it doesn't look like a balsamic vinaigrette.
