Healthy, All Natural Snack: Lara Bars

Switch up your snack routine with a Lara Bar. These bars taste good and most importantly don’t contain any additives or preservatives or anything else that’s going to gunk up your system and eventually show up as cellulite. Ick.
Lara Bars are made from only a few, natural ingredients (think fruit and nuts). Easy for you AND your body to recognize and enjoy. After all, we’re all tired of those mainstream grocery store bars filled with artificial additives and preservatives gunking up our bodies. (I’m looking at you Luna and Clif!) Lara Bars are also gluten-free, as well as vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Lara bars come in over 15 flavors, including Cherry Pie, Peanut Butter and Jelly, Pistachio, Apple Pie, Cashew Cookie, Banana Bread, Key Lime Pie, Lemon Bar and more.
Cherry pie is one of my favorites. The Cashew Cookie and Banana Bread are also awesome. Lara bars are a 100% raw bar and they are affordable costing as little as $1.25 each at Amazon and Whole Foods. Lara Bars can also be found easily at most mainstream grocery stores for just $2 – a great price compared to some of the other meal replacement bars on the market that are loaded with cheap “filler” ingredients for the same price if not more!
