I actually find Montchevre's mediterranean herbs + garlic quite nice. it has a great flavor and the garlic is there but definitely not overwhelming and doesn't linger in your mouth. Sometimes I'll also head to my local cheese shop and experiment with one or two goat cheeses there - but Montchevre is really good, easy and affordable. Let me know what you think! Sure!
