I actually find Montchevre&#039;s mediterranean herbs + garlic quite nice.  it has a great flavor and the garlic is there but definitely not overwhelming and doesn&#039;t linger in your mouth.  Sometimes I&#039;ll also head to my local cheese shop and experiment with one or two goat cheeses there - but Montchevre is really good, easy and  affordable.  Let me know what you think!</description>
